Terms of Use
By using Seraphiq you accept these terms. They are deliberately short and readable.
What Seraphiq is — and is not
Seraphiq is an emotional-wellbeing companion: check-ins, relief routines, understanding of your tendencies, and a conversation space. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool or therapy, and it never replaces care from a health professional.
If you are in distress or danger : Contact your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 15 / 3114 in France). Seraphiq is not an emergency service.
Access and account
- Seraphiq is for people aged 15 and over.
- You can use the app as a guest, without an account. Creating an account lets you recover your data on another device.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Subscription
- Some features require a paid subscription (Seraphiq Plus), billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time in your store settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Any trial period is described at the moment you subscribe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, no reverse engineering, no abusive automated use, and no unlawful use.
Your data
Your content belongs to you. How it is processed is described in the Privacy Policy; export and full deletion are available at any time in the app.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
